Tarbert is a very pretty little town. The marina is quite
small and they have very limited space for boats over 40 feet.
The marina is very well protected in most wind directions so
once in and tied up you are safe and sound.
We knew we were going to have to spend a few days here so we
hunkered down and made the most of it.
Tarbert Castle was about the highlight of the four days
here, that and the Anchor pub and hotel which provided some pretty good food.
I walked the full town end to end and there is not a lot to
it. I did find a healing garden with carved wooden faces all around it, not
sure if this was healing or spooky.
