Well, this was a bit of a hoot, none of us had ever launched a cruising chute so me and Mark went to the front and had a go. Straight out of the bag and there were a few lines crossed but after a bit of tweaking it flew. Looked huge when looking up from the front.
And there it is, unfortunately the wind was direct to shore so we only had limited time to play in a light wind. So, it was trim, trim and trim while we tried different angles to point. Think this is going to take a while to get used to it.
Got to start somewhere and I think this went OK for a first attempt. The website is about our learning and when we have figured out how to trim it properly there will be more. Before we took it down Karen was getting some super photo’s – these two are great.
