Nothing like the end of a long winter to motivate you to get
the boat gleaming again. Although we have a better berth in the marina we still
get the winter grime everywhere. So after several washes it was time to start
on the decks, we found some really good sealant we liked and set to! Two days
later we were finished.
It takes about a week to settle down to an even look, so
then we started the polishing, polishing and polishing!
We used Starbrite Tropical sealant on the decks and 3M
Scotch Yacht polish on the topside.
Oh joy, got the hull to do when we lift later in the year
