Another meal with no measurements, so simple and quick to and very easy to vary the ingredients so over a couple of days you can have some very easy meals – when the sea is a bit ‘lumpy’
Pasta, enough for two and get it boiling in a pan with a sprinkling of salt. Fry some chopped up bacon and chopped mushrooms until the bacon is nicely crisp.
When it’s ready, drain the pasta and then chuck in the bacon and mushrooms with a tin of sweet corn with a jar of your favourite pesto (red or green) and there is another quick meal in less than 20 minutes.
Lighter wine with this, so why not have a nice Chardonnay
